Dear Customer services,
In regards to my order ref-7363276, My order was processed to be delivered on the 9th of February, a time slot of 1:30pm to 4:30pm with a courtesy call 30 minutes before. I received no call and had tried to contact customer services directly but it kept me on hold for over an hour I did not manage to spoke to anyone. This morning I was waiting for for customer service team to open at 9am I am currently on hold and the time is 9:30am on the 10th February. On my account information of my order it states my sofa has been delivered. So far this has been a nightmare I sincerely hope this does not continue, I had to take additional time of work. I am in limbo in what I can do.
