The furniture arrived and it could not fit up the stairs, I wish they fronted the fact that the furniture is not flatpack. The wardrobe was 144kg... You can't do that without help. Also, when it became apparent that it wasn't happening, I was told that if I returned it I could get a full refund, and that I would be called immediately to discuss it after they had contacted customer service. The delivery drivers left, no call no nothing, I waited around before calling this company at which point I was told I was not getting a full refund, they were going to charge me over £100 for the privilege of being able to sell my furniture to someone else. Awful. Liars!!!
