I purchased a table and four chairs from the Taunton store. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff in attendance - impressive to get all three given today's normal level of customer service! All e-mails and confirmations arrived with me when I was promised they would. Delivery was on time and, given I was told the exact delivery time by a phone call an hour beforehand, enabled me to be at home waiting for just a few minutes before the very efficient delivery men arrived. It was a wet day and the delivery men laid blankets down in the hallway so they didn't walk wet, muddy footprints in. Again, very impressive. The furnitre was packaged well, easy to put togther and looks lovely. All in all a great shopping experience from start to finish and would recommend Oak Furntiture Land if you are looking for quality furnture and service.
