Shocking. Nothing but issues and inconsistent information given me since placing the order and leaving the store. Waited 7 weeks only for them to be able to deliver some of the furniture due to the rain...luckily it doesn't rain often in England, and for the screws not to be included with the furniture they manage to deliver. Getting the screws sent to me was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through in my life - how dare I expect to get everything needed to assemble the furniture in one go! Still waiting for them to arrive... Unfortunately, still have the second half (and furniture that wouldn't survive the rain) to be delivered in January and am dreading the drama's that will bring. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.
