Staff in shop were helpful and efficient,offered the option of a five year protection cover,they explained the delivery system to us. The furniture was delivered at the specified time and date,it was packaged well and did not suffer any damage in transit. The delivery men were considerate in that they avoided walking across the muddy grass outside our house,although I had protected the carpet as instructed. We would be happy to visit Oak Furniture Land in the future.
