From the point of entering each of two stores (Farnham and Reading) I was treated courteously and staff were extremely helpful. When ordering from your Reading store, the staff were excellent (special praise for Katerina). I was provided with a delivery date almost immediately with full communications throughout and drivers called in advance of arrival with delivery. The furniture is well packed to avoid any damage and drivers most helpful in offering advice of opening each package. First class service throughout.
