Although delivery was quick and efficient, the quality of the table and chairs is poor. The table looks badly made at one end. You can see how it is made up of numerous strips and wedge shapes, not one solid piece as the advertising suggests. Every chair has flaws and little care seems to have been taken to select matching timber. I have to position the table and chairs so that the worst parts are not usually visible. I'm somewhat ashamed to show visitors. I complained to customer service but was fobbed off. I wish I'd not bought it.
