Good Experience at the Worcester Store where my wife first 'scoped' out furniture she wanted. Walking around the she was offered a hot drink by sales staff who did not attempt to pressure sell. Finding what she liked we went back a few days later and found a similar reception. The salesman who listened to our requirements was informative and again not overbearing. Would certainly recommend on the strength of our contact with the staff and the quality of the furniture which arrived four days later. Additionally it was well packaged with easy instructions for the items which required assembly.
