Staff in shop were excellent -very helpful. We chose our delivery date, but we had to defer, and this was handled easily and smoothly. Furniture arrived promptly on our new date, well packed and delivered upstairs to the bedroom as requested, and nicely spaced out so it could be easily unboxed. The furniture was in perfect condition, exactly as described, is very good quality and I am sure it will remain a pleasure to see and to use. Thank you to everybody in the process, we obviously did not meet everyone concerned, but thank you so much for all your hard work.
