Firstly our sofa is gorgeous!! Now that is it finally in the living room it looks great. The delivery team were fantastic, although I had measured for the sofa we could not get the height to pivot it into the living room, this caused some major stress on my part, the delivery drivers tried tirelessly for over and hour to get it in to no avail however I fully appreciate the time and effort they spent trying to helps us. We eventually got in in through other means which I won't go in to. The only negative I would say is I feel that delivery times are too long, we waited 7 weeks despite being informed that the sofa was ready after 4, it was disappointing that we couldn't have got it sooner. Would have given 5/5 had it not been for the long lead time. Thanks!
