You should provide a service, like others in your market, to deliver, install. unpack and remove packaging. I am, luckily, reasonably fit for my age, but took 2 hours to assemble and 1 hour to cut up boxes for acceptance at our local amenity site. The stipulation of keeping the boxes to return faulty items really unreasonable. I chose a "free" gift of a clock which you sell for around £150 and the quality of the movement and the clock hands is extremely poor.
