Fantastic attentive but not intrusive service from the Ayr store when we went to choose new sofas. We chose 2 four seater Montana sofas. The following day, I noticed the sofas had been reduced by £120 and as we were within the 48 hour cooling off period, I phoned to ask if this price would be honoured. Unfortunately, I was advised incorrectly by Michaela that wasn't possible so I cancelled the order. However on speaking to the refund dept later, a lovely lady advised me that it was indeed possible and dealt with it promptly. The two delivery drivers were friendly and helpful.
