Poor service
I ordered two tins of furniture wax polish FIVE WEEKS AGO, I’m still waiting for delivery! They charged me £19.99 for a free delivery service. This was refunded after 40 mins getting through on the phone and 20 mins sorting it out. They've now missed three delivery dates. I’ve complained twice using their on-line customer service contact form, still no response. Since placing my order (16th May) tins of wax polish are advertised, ‘In Stock’. Last week (10th June) they were also advertising “Delivered in 14 days” (now deleted). Their delivery team (not customer service) contacted me Friday (12th June) and Mon (15th June) to arrange a delivery date although it was due on16th June. They promised to provide a tracking number with another delivery company by Tuesday (16th June). On Monday (15th June) received an email saying “We are conscious that you haven’t yet selected a delivery date”. Today, 18th June, no delivery, no tracking number and no contact.
I am pleased to add I've had an immediate response to my review and have accepted an apology for the delay delivering my order and the lack of communication dealing with my original complaint. I am pleased to say my complaint has now been dealt with satisfactorily, hence the increase in my star rating.
