Nice furniture. Delivery was handled reasonably effectively, although they would not take anything back on the spot if any item was not right or was damaged.
The order totalling 4 items was fine apart from damage to the corners of two sets of drawers which oddly, seemed to have been damaged prior to packing as the packing was unblemished. We responded on their awkward website, complete with pictures. After receiving no response we spent a long time trying to get through to customer service. Eventually, after having got through, it was arranged to have a replacement sent for one, with the defective unit collected plus a small refund for the other. 3 weeks later, with no sign of any refund, the damaged unit was collected, but the new replacement is also visibly damaged - again the top corner has been bashed, although not quite so badly. This time the corner of the packaging is also damaged, so it has evidently been dropped on a corner. We have again submitted the complaint through the poor online response system and the following week after no response (again) we have been trying to call their customer service for hours, but nobody is answering ...
We were considering purchasing some more oak furniture, but sadly, it now seems rather unlikely that this will be through Oak Furnitureland.
