What I would say is the online ordering procedure was very very easy and straightforward. I was given a national delivery quote (Very reasonable) and the item was delivered on time by two really helpful delivery drivers who contacted me about 30mins before delivery to let me know they were nearby. Great service and love my beautiful solid sideboard.
