I would have to say this company is very professional, customer's purchasing record have been kept forever. We requested the original invoice from them for our purchase in 2019 for insurance purposes, Oak Furniture Store immediately react with the email copy. Our insurance claim is now under way, we would come back for our new furniture once funding is approved. North Shore- Auckland
