Overall the product is well made, but one of the holes in the frame was set too low for the screw to catch, so we couldn't screw in the middle section as directed. Also the adaptor you send was broken so we can't use that either. Also, the instructions, while relatively easy to follow, were all written in what I assume was mandarin, so we couldn't read them. I was surprised by this with it being an NZ store and a lot of reviews saying the instructions were easy to follow. I must be one of the few non-bilingual customers you have. I have taken photos of all the above if you can send us a new adaptor that would be good, also some adaptors for the bed frame so we can plug in our devices would also make the product fit for purpose.
