We were totally thrilled with our experience with the Penrose store. Right from our first visit the customer service was brilliant. We ordered 3 pieces of furniture and they were delivered when they said they would. The furniture is very well constructed and extremely well packaged there were no faults of damage at all. We are huge fans of your oak furniture and your competitive prices. We will continue to keep an eye on new products. Well deserving of 5/5. Thanks again.
