We purchased a dresser from here. When we picked it up the dresser was already packaged up. When we unpacked it there was a couple of defects. We rang them about it, & they offered to deliver a replacement free of charge. This was done on a Saturday. There products & service was & is exceptional. I fully recommend their furniture & their service.
