Very easy to order online, and kept fully informed of the progress of the order. Given a firm delivery date - OK it was quite a few weeks but I was informed of that when ordering - and I got a reminder call closer to the delivery date. On the delivery day, the delivery drivers were really professional to handle and care of the item. The TV cabinet was exactly as I hoped it would be - and well made. Nothing to fault really....will surely buy from Oak Furniture Store & Sofas again!
