I was a bit worried initially ordering online, because not physically seeing the items but I had brilliant service from start to finish. I asked a few questions by emails about a dining set and all my queries were answered quickly. I placed my order online and rang to rearrange my delivery date which wasn't an issue at all. My Oak table and chairs are professionally well packaged with all fittings included, they look great!
