Unreliable agency We submitted a rental offer on July 19th. The representative we spoke to promised to forward it to the landlord and get back to us the same day. Unfortunately, shortly after, we were informed that the representative had fallen ill. It has now been a week with no updates from the agency. While we understand the representative’s illness, it is unacceptable that no one else from your office has taken over this matter. We are running out of time, with only 10 days left before we must leave our current residence, and we have only received a response, asking us to remove a review.
