I was informed of my delivery date on ordering - actually it was somewhere in a 5 day window. Day 3 of that window I still don't know if and when it will be delivered and hence enquired. Their reply was - fill out this form as we don't deal with it
Incredible - absolutely terrible customer service. Oh... did I mention they take your money straight away - thank you. Oh....you want customer service as well !!
