I’ve recently made an order with Oasis for some open toed sandals, I’m heavily pregnant and have realised none of my shoes fit. I can’t get to a shop so relied on my order coming next day as I chose and paid for at the time of ordering. My baby is due any day now and I don’t have shoes to wear. The order didn’t arrive and they are claiming this is because I chose DPD named delivery day and chose a day four days after the order!!! Notably for the same price of £5.99! I know I didn’t do this and feel I’ve been scammed before the order even arrives. On contacting them via WhatsApp I received a message from Lau saying along the lines of, you chose this when you ordered so we don’t have to do anything. Honestly absurd!
