I ordered 3 dresses online, which I have all returned the following day as I didn't like the quality. I thought packaging all of them into 1 bag and sending it back all in 1 parcel would save them the cost. Unfortunately, as the 3 dresses were from 3 different subcontracting companies, I got a refund only for 1 dress, and even then after 1 months of chasing. The refund of £75 for the other 2 dresses I think will never happen, because it's been 3 months now, the customer service stopped responding to my emails and messages. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I will never be buying from this company again.
