I have been a customer for several years. Product has always been great. The last few times I've ordered I have recieved my kratom in the clear cryo-bag and have to spend quite a bit of time and mess and just general pain putting it in the blue re-sealable bags sent with. After many thousands of dollars one would think that is a service the company could provide as it has these years before. Seriously guys, what gives? Deducted a star for that.
