When shopping for a knee scooter I did a lot of research, but I found myself coming back here because of the price and it was very competitive. The quality of the knee scooter is excellent, after using the knee scooter for 4 months continually the pad literally wore out. No problem at all. Contacted support here and they had me a new one within the week. Customer service is about the best I have ever experienced anywhere. From first contact to receiving the replacement part and follow up. Thank you so much and I highly recommend their products, if I ever need anything else I know I can count on them to do it.
