I ordered a product from OasisSpace. The order was filled and shipped quickly and arrived as scheduled. When I opened the box to assemble the item I found one of the connecting pieces was missing. The assembly went well and I made a part for the missing piece. I contacted OasisSpace customer service by email. They responded quickly and said they would send a replacement part ASAP. They did and I got it a couple of days later. I replaced my homemade part with the correct factory part and the item works well and is doing what we intended. OasisSpace handled every aspect of this transaction very well and I will definitely patronize them again.
