Earlier this year my mother who requires assistance walking when into a public ladies restroom and left her OasisSpace mobility walker outside of the stall, to her surprise when she came out of the stall she noticed that the basket where she keeps her belongings was taken. Luckily nothing of value was stolen but it's sad to see that in this day of age people are desperate enough to take from the elderly. I reached out to OasisSpace customer service and explain the situation and let them know that I would like to purchase a replacement basket. After a few emails going back and forth trying to identify which model of mobility walker she had the customer service Rep was able to identify her exact model. A few weeks later the replacement basket appeared on her doorstep, the company replaced it free of charge because of what happened to her. She was so happy and thankful.
