Purchased a great scooter from Oasis last year when husband had surgery and had to stay off of his foot being non-weight bearing for 12 weeks. I fractured my leg this winter and we got out the scooter again but the seat cushion where the knee rests had started cracking after 3 months of wear last year with my husband. Contacted Oasis for a replacement and they sent it to us within a week. Amazing and fast service! Thank you so much!
