After having used a knee scooter with the small hard tires outside this all terrain scooter is so much better and safer. The smaller tires would just stop rolling when hitting a small pebble or a crack in the sidewalk while the all terrain rolls over small objects with no problems. The only worry I had was it came with 3 tires with no air and 1 with very little air. Inflated with air compressor and they have held pressure.
