Shipping the unit was quick. Customer Service on answering my questions was very excellent. If Oasis space was Medicare listed provider it would be more helpful since the purchase of this unit is not covered under Medicare and was out of pocket totally. It would be nice if a hard shell shipping container that would hold a fully assembled unit collasped down, be available for purchase to protect unit when traveling by air.
