Love everything but straps To bag and holding chair chair together in transporting. Not secure pops off without one’s knowledge. Not good especially for little old lady’s like me. I struggle hard to keep it together. Bag straps not sowed on good. Had one before. Really like them. U should contract with United Healthcare Insurance Co. for these upwrite walkers. They have know one.
