I reached out to oasis because I purchased a standing up walker I recently travel, and on my transition from the airport there were some parts missing from my standing up walker. They were very helpful in getting me those replacement parts, which I only had to pay a $30 fee, I finally got my standing up walker parts not realizing that they were submitting me a new one. I thought it was just the parts in the transition of the FedEx. The box was damaged in the look like it was open and unfortunately the screws were missing to set up the new walker , they’ve been very helpful and helping me out figuring out the situation
