I wrote a review on Amazon but I will do one here also. I purchased a rolator awhile back and the handle were wearing out. The rubber is cracked, split to where it hurts my hands when I put weight on them. They looked up the parts, told me the handle covers are part of the handle bar, brakes, and rear wheels assembly. They told me the rubber portion is attached. Yes, they glue them in place but it does not take long for the glue to fail and they slip on and off. They ordered me the entire assembly at $60. I have received it but have yet to replace it as my back is not doing well right now. I’m hoping it doesn’t sit in the box too much longer though. I appreciated that they could help me and I wasn’t on my own to contact the manufacturer. That alone earns 4 stars. They were quick too. I would much rather go through them than the manufacturer.
