Do not buy an OasisSpace product on Amazon.com! OasisSpace does not honor the warranty and sends you back to Amazon, which may or may not offer you a complete return of the product! We bought a brand new OasisSpace rollator from Amazon.com. The backrest was broken. OasisSpace sent me back to Amazon who only offered a complete return. Then I could reorder. Problem: the price went up $35 on Amazon! So I spent $15 for a new backrest for a brand new rollator that should have been free!! Be forewarned. See broken backrest attachment below!
