Received an OasisSpace shower chair sold and shipped by Amazon. On opening the box the EVA pad was severly damaged. OasisSpace refuses to replace the damaged part telling me that the seller takes care of warranties on this product. Everyone knows that it is a manufacturer's warranty, not a seller's warranty. I have politely asked via email numerous times how to exercise the warranty stated in their instruction information. They will not provide this info. I conclude that the OasisSpace warranty does not exist. I will return the item to Amazon and purchase a similar item from another company that has integrity and honors their warranty.
