I have sent two emails to O'briens about my delivery this time to Ireland . Last time by DPD took 2 days, by UPS 5 days and to try and justify it UPS said tried to deliver. Not so, I was talking to the postman then and 7 CCTV cameras also did not see casper the ghost.
Truth is UPS only deliver when they can make multiple drops, making it worthwhile for them. They are useless! Sadly, I have told O'briens never again.
