Please refer to email which I have sent this afternoon to DPD and which I have copied to O'Briens.
I have now collected the wine and I am sure it will be fine but the experience with DPD has been totally unsatisfactory.
I have also been frustrated in my efforts to make contact with O'Briens, which I tried to do when I was unable to contact DPD. I dialled 01 2693139 and 0850 269 777 a number of times but was unable to talk to a real person about my problem.
