I want to thank Lorcan who dealt with a bad bottle of wine for my mother's birthday,with promptness,kindness and great efficiency by allowing me to get a bottle of sparkling wine as a replacement and within a few days.Really excellent customer service by O'Briens and very impressive,given the strained conditions companies are working under.
