Order process was easy - items arrived ontime and packaged well. Some suggestions.... - For an order of multiple bottles of wine, it would be a nice idea to throw in some free wine gift bags. About half of my order of wine will be gifts and including branded wine gift bags coming into the busy holiday season seems like a no-brainer from a marketing perspective. - The beer selections seem to be dropping off with less and less choice of all beers. This seems like an opportunity lost. - Quite often wine is matched with food - in a lot of the wine descriptions there are food matchings but it would be great to have a dedicated pairing section where you can search for a food and a wine is suggested. I know this is not an exact science but I would find it useful and it would be an opportunity for OBriens to suggest some different types of wine that maybe arent big sellers.
