Hi O'Briens, what started with problems, ended well! I tried to order 4 boxes of 12 bottles and 1 box of 6 bottles, both great Black Friday offers, online from O'Briens. However, I could only order 1 box of the 12 bottles, I went ahead with that order. I called to O'Briens in Lucan and asked why I couldn't order more. It was obvious very quickly that the offer had sold out. However, the great staff in Lucan promptly gave me 3 boxes of twelve the same or similar to the online offer at the same price. Not only that, the young man, I apologise that I do not know his name, helped bring the wine to my car. I am not a young woman!
Back now to the original order of 12 and 6 ordered online. Unfortunately, the box of twelve was damaged in transit and had to be resent. I received this information very quickly from Hannah in your office. Not only that, she kept in touch and was able to tell me when my wine was on the way again.
As I said at the start, what started with problems, ended very well, fair play to all your staff. I will continue to buy wine/gift vouchers as gifts for my family,( no, I am not drinking it all myself!), it is all Christmas presents.
