The delivery itself was excellent as always but your customer response time leaves very much to be desired . I rang your H.O. at this stage it must be well over a week or so and in response to the automated response ,left a message and asked for somebody to call me back having left my name and number . The requested return calls has still not materialised which to me is indicative of not just poor but also very unprofessional customer respect and service . The issue I wanted to discuss was my inability to submit my last order via your app and I would say this is far from the first time I have experienced problems with your app as your records, if maintained,will confirm . When I attempted to place the order the app just ' hung ' and would not allow me to do so . I tried on a number of occasions at different times and the result was the same . I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the result was the very same . I then opted to reinput my 15 bottle order via your website which took unnecessary time . On this occasion I was able to check out but what I was unable to do was to pay via my preferred method ie PayPal . Once again it went through a hanging process before eventually informing me that an error had occurred and to try again later . Once again I attempted to do so on a number of occasions but with the same result . Eventually I had no alternative but to close out using my credit card which was not my preference at the time as I had credit in my PayPal account . I would also add that I experienced the very same PayPal issue on a previous occasion and reported it to you by telephone having first confirmed that there was no impending issue on the PayPal side following their investigation. In summary , let me again emphasise that my rating is not related to the delivery aspect of the order as it was excellent not least the superb service of DPD but it is entirely directed to the customer service aspect and for that matter also the technical issue relating to your app and the payment aspect on your website is PayPal which as I can readily issue is not a once off and has not been addressed or resolved since I reported it to you in the past .
