I recently purchased a box of wine as a gift for a friend who lives in Wexford. There was some confusion with DPD in relation to the delivery. I spoke to Sinead in your head office customer service department and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was brilliant and could not have been more helpful or efficient. If all customer service was as good as I received from Sinead the world would be a much happier place.
