Order arrived with a bottle broken in the box - which could have been packed better - which is not the usual sturdy packaging I get. In todays circumstances I dont have a complaint. I reported the broken bottle - which was pointed out to me by the delivery man. I got a phone call from Niamh - all sorted with a refund, apology and no questions asked.
It's when things go wrong you can judge a company by how they respond - O'Briens responded very well.
