I've used this service a number of times now to get a gift for my mother. I live in Canada so I need a dependable service that I can trust. O'Brien's have been fantastic in terms of service and speed of delivery. They have extensive stock to choose from. Some of the prices could stand to be a bit better (especially when I have to factor in conversion rates) but otherwise, it's been great.
