So far, so good! I've only been using Obvi for about 3 weeks. Week one: 1 capsule AM, 1 capsule after lunch. Week 2: 2 capsules AM, 1 capsule after lunch. Now I'm on the recommended dosage of 2/2. Haven't noticed much scale-wise for the weight management benefits but my pants do seem to be fitting better. My nails seem to be stronger (hard to tell because I usually have dip manicures but no breakages and they are long!) and my hair feels very soft. I ordered another 2 months supply so we'll see where I'm at at the 3-month mark.
