I have been using Ocado for some years now. I have found their service excellent - they have never failed to deliver on time, even in the heavy snow of three years ago, when the Ocado van was one of the very few to get through to my village. Their van men are always polite, cheerful and helpful. There is a good choice of goods (not just groceries) and I don't find their prices too high; I'm willing to pay a little more so that I can have reliable goods and service. The Smart Pass means that I can have free deliveries whenever I want, and there are lots of offers savings. At Christmas I can book my deliveries well ahead.
