We've used Ocado for about 11 years now. In that time, I can only recall two deliveries that were late (by half an hour or so) and substitutions or missing items are rare.
The stock selection is very good and generally reasonably priced, if you avoid some of the premium / luxury items.
The app is excellent and being improved continuously.
