I'm a huge fan of Ocado. We've tried other online supermarkets but we've stuck with Ocado because across the board they're better.
The drivers are always very helpful and polite and they are a real credit to the company. The quality of food it excellent. I really like it when the driver calls to tell us if he or she is in the area and asks if we'd like our food delivered earlier.
As a company you react well to any unforseen issue and that's really important to a customer. I understand when traffic problems occur or when there was some issue with the depot and this means there will be a problem with our order but from a customer's point of view a polite call or message apologising and showing you value us and are trying to resolve it means we'll keep shopping with you. I think this is important to mention because so far you get it right but there is always a danger the bigger a company gets the less they value just one customer.
I recommend the company all the time.
